The workout consists of intermediate follow along choreography and is designed to work out every muscle group in your body, helping you shape up and get toned. Each song has its own routine - come to a few classes and you'll have the steps down in no time! Add your personal style and flare to make this class your own.

ZUMBA
A Latin and Pop dance workout - come join the party! All experience levels welcome! Zumba mixes low- and high-intensity dance moves and exercises like squats to create an interval style workout that burns fat, tones and conditions, and improves overall fitness endurance.
