- What forms of payments do you accept?
- Cash, personal checks, and credit and debit cards (subject to a fee).
- Can I sign up for Auto-Pay?
- Yes. Auto-Pay is run once a month during the first week of every in season month. It will deduct the total account balance including tuition, costume fees, registration fees, apparel purchases, etc. You always have access to your billing account and the breakdown of charges and payments made to your account and it is your responsibility to keep tabs on it.
- Do you have a waiting area?
- Yes. Our waiting room is always open and has a live stream video of the ongoing classes. Mini Beatz parents are invited into Studio A or for closer observation in Studio B and all parents are welcome to step in for "peek weeks" the first class of each month.
- How does my dancer get on competition team?
- Competition team invitations are sent home in May to dancers who will be at least 7 years old the following competition season. Teachers are observing all season and invitations are based upon many factors such as: attendance, technique, skill level, attitude, teamwork skills, confidence, account standing.
- Do you have bathrooms?
- Yes, we have two. One in the hallway between Studio A and B and one inside of Studio A.
- What additional fees are there besides tuition?
- Annual registration, costumes, shoes, professional pictures (optional and during Winter/Spring season only), tickets to the shows, competition registration, EDC apparel (optional).
- What if there are a different amount of classes in each month? Do I still pay the same tuition each month?
- Tuition is a set amount per season based on the total number of classes in the entire season. It can be paid in full or it can be divided into 3 (Fall) or 5 (Winter/Spring) equal payments made monthly for your convenience. So yes, it will be the same each month for tuition. But keep in mind, there may be other charges added to your account depending on the time of the year it is. You always have access to your billing account and the breakdown of charges and payments made to your account and it is your responsibility to keep tabs on it.
- Does my dancer have to participate in the Fall Showcase or Spring Recital?
- No, but it is highly encouraged and a major goal we work towards throughout the season. It is such a special and memorable experience for both the dancers and the parents. It also helps our students develop as performers and entertainers and not just dancers.
- What classes do you recommend for my dancer?
- If you aren't looking for a particular style, we offer a multi-level program divided by age in each of our styles. If you have specific questions about the styles we offer you can visit our Class Descriptions page or our Schedule from the New Students section. If those don't answer your questions you can contact us to answer more specific questions.
