Costumes - each class will be required to wear a costume in our Spring Recital. You will be financially responsible for paying for each costume your dancer needs. Costumes will be chosen by your dancer's instructor and ordered by one of the studio directors. Costumes range in price from $60 - $110 per costume.
Recital Tickets - each dancer will receive one free ticket to each show that they are performing in to give to a guest. Beyond that, tickets will need to be purchased through our venue (The Strand). Ticket sales cover the cost of hosting such a large show. Some of those expenses include: venue rental, ticketing service, staff at the venue, EDC staff, insurance, programs, photographer, decorations, props, hired stage helpers, music licensing, studio rent and expenses during off-season plus more.
Pictures: We will have one weekend at the studio with a professional photographer to capture the memory of this dance season in costume. Pictures can be purchased directly through the photographer. A time and date along with a link will be announced at the start of the season.
Recital Shirts: These shirts are a commemorative article of clothing that is optional to purchase. These shirts have a new design each season that include the year and a list of all the cast of dancers listed on the back. It is tradition to wear these shirts to our stage rehearsals!
EDC Apparel: EDC apparel will be available for pre-order on your parent account until February 1st. Everything available is optional and not required.
